Onsen Hot spa

If I would like to choose something nice from Japanese culture, I'd talk about "Onsen Hot spa".

The other day, on a cold day, my whole body was sore for road & trail running. I found the one I could drive to, and took Mom there, too.

After staying in the spa, all of my pain faded away.

When I first visited US, I found that American people usually take a shower, that's it. It is OK to me, too, but I need to stay in a bathtub, Onsen hot spa to recover.

I think it is a good habit in Japan. Don't you think so?
