Oh my SUP! Huge pinch!

Finally river parade for Flower Festival finished today! We were all so happy to have a lot of people waving their hands to us!

The parade itself was OK, but

I found out that my SUP board had been punctured as I was just about to start warming up for the parade.

Fortunately I could borrow one from the shop, MAGIC ISLAND, but the trouble made me seriously

worried & sad.

I have been practicing for the race, SEA TO SUMMIT held in Etajima island (where my Dad & Uncle are from) on 5/22,

I am perfectly ready to resume my practice after recovering from a bad cold, but today my board

has TROUBLE...Oh, NO!

I wanted to cry loudly over the trouble, but tried to think of what I could do instead, while driving home.

I don't think my board would be all right for the race any longer, even if it could be repaired...

I will never give up the race, though... What can I do for it?

As soon as I came home, I phoned a guy working for the race to explain what happened to me today,

and I said, "so, I have decided to join the race by kayak which I have never experienced before!"

The guy slightly smiled and gently asked me, "Give us some time... "

I don't know how it will be, but all I can do is just to "Trust" them...
