Etajima SEA TO SUMMIT; I did it again...
Made an entry to Etajima SEA TO SUMMIT...SUP 10km, bike 23km, hike 5km...I am not sure if I can make it all by myself.
Before the entry, I have asked many friends for some advice. Some said it's impossible to me, some said "We should do everything we may be able to make it!"←This strongly pushed me to join this race.
The race consists of an environmental symposium on Sat. 5/21, and Sun, 5/22 we SUP 10km, bike 23km, hike 5km. (Canoe, kayak are qualified for the water division.)
Last week I joined SUP school for beginners that I thought it would be "Nonchatte" course check for the race. The school itself was so enjoyable, but I am still worried & scared of the race course for SUP where I have never paddled before. (The school venue was different place...Etajima Island is forth biggest in Setouchi Inland Sea.) The instructor kindly offered to invite his own practice of the real course by 5/15(?). Strongly wish this would not be just a compliment, but we will be able to practice true course!

This is sunset seen from Etajima Island. I just practice paddling repeatedly in the rivers in the city preparing for the course check in the island. (It's getting warmer in Hiroshima, but water is still cold! I have caught a cold, and stay in bed whole day! But I still have time enough to recover from it! Soon I resume paddling practice!)
